While the format differs, the core of my work is the same: structured, values-led coaching that builds confidence, improves performance, and supports meaningful progression.

Who I work with

I coach people from a wide range of backgrounds and industries and will work with anyone who feels my approach is right for them.

I have a particular focus on supporting women, ethnic minorities, and others who may feel underrepresented or unseen at work. When working with people from underrepresented backgrounds, I provide a safe and thoughtful space to explore how lived experience can intersect with confidence, progression, and opportunity, while ensuring individuals can advance without feeling they need to compromise who they are.

Experience and credentials

I am qualified in coaching and mentoring and accredited through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). As a member of this professional body, I adhere to its ethical guidelines and code of conduct. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

My professional background is in public affairs and communications. I currently serve on the Board of Directors at Women in Film and TV, which runs an extensive mentoring and resource programme supporting women across the industry.

One-to-one coaching for employees

I partner with organisations to provide one-to-one career coaching that supports employees to build confidence, strengthen performance and progress sustainably in their roles.

My coaching offers employees a confidential, structured space to reflect, gain clarity and work through challenges with an objective and experienced coach. I act as a sounding board and source of support, helping individuals translate insight into practical action that benefits both them and the organisation.

This type of coaching is particularly effective for employees who are:

  • stepping into new or expanded responsibilities

  • preparing for promotion or leadership roles

  • identified as high-potential

  • navigating change, complexity, or increased visibility

  • experiencing confidence challenges or imposter syndrome

Coaching can support organisational priorities, including employee progression, retention, performance, and EDI objectives. Where helpful, I can also facilitate a three-way conversation with the relevant line manager to align coaching goals with business needs, while maintaining the integrity of the coaching relationship.

I coach employees at all levels, from early-career professionals through to established leaders, and tailor each engagement to individual and organisational context.

Workshops and group coaching

Alongside one-to-one coaching, I design and deliver coaching-informed workshops and group coaching sessions for organisations.

These sessions allow organisations to extend the impact of coaching beyond individuals, creating shared learning around confidence, leadership and career development. Workshops are interactive, reflective and practical, and are typically delivered to groups of 10–20 people, either online or in person.

Group sessions are particularly effective for:

  • leadership and management development

  • supporting teams through change or growth

  • embedding confidence and reflective practice

  • supporting under-represented groups at scale

Workshop and group coaching themes include:

  • understanding and overcoming imposter syndrome

  • building confidence and resilience at work

  • setting intentions and goals (often ahead of appraisals)

  • coaching as a manager or leader

  • visibility, influence and presenting with confidence

  • networking and relationship-building

All sessions can be tailored to organisational context, audience and objectives, and designed to complement existing learning and development programmes.

Private career coaching

I also work privately with individuals who want a dedicated space to think clearly about their career and next steps.

Private coaching supports you to reflect, build confidence and move forward with intention. This might include clarifying direction, preparing for a role change, stepping into leadership, or working through a period of uncertainty or transition.

My approach helps you:

  • identify and articulate your strengths

  • reconnect with your values and priorities

  • gain clarity on what you want next

  • build confidence in your judgement and decisions

  • create a practical plan to move forward
