My coaching is designed to empower people to create the change they envision in their lives.

I specialise in working with early to mid-career professionals as well as leaders, particularly women and those from under-represented backgrounds. If you find yourself at a crossroads, experiencing doubt and a lack of confidence, I hope to guide you to the next step.

My coaching approach addresses challenges such as imposter syndrome, helping you identify your strengths, align with your values, and gain clarity on achieving your goals. Whether you're a leader looking to take the next step or just starting, I focus on boosting confidence, clarifying direction, and empowering you in your career journey.

As a trained coach dedicated to supporting women, ethnic minorities, and others under-represented in the workplace, I provide a safe space to discuss issues related to your lived experiences. My approach will help you overcome barriers and advance in your career while ensuring you maintain authenticity.

I also create and deliver career development programmes and workshops including building confidence, stepping into leadership and coaching as a manager.

I am qualified in coaching and mentoring with accreditation through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). As a member of this professional body, I adhere to their ethical guidelines and code of conduct as a practising coach.

I serve on the Board of Directors at Women in Film and TV, which runs an extensive mentoring and resource programme to support women in the industry.
