Karmjit Kaur

Karmjit is co-founder of The Lowdown.

Her career background is in public affairs, political campaigning and influencing, and communications. She is a qualified career coach and mentor and you can find out more about her coaching here.

She is passionate about creating more equal opportunities for women and those from minority backgrounds to achieve their goals and ambitions - and in helping to remove the barriers they may face.

She sits on the Board of Directors of Women in Film and TV, the membership body for women in the creative media which also runs a mentoring programme for women in the industry.

She studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Oxford.

Megan Buckingham

Megan is co-founder of The Lowdown.

She has over 10 years experience in project management, change management, L&D and technology.

She currently works in the professional services sector and has previously worked in the health and third sectors.

She has experienced first hand the power of coaching and mentoring and is passionate about offering this to others.

She studied French, and later Translation, at the University of the West of England, Bristol.
